The Incomplete Response in Late-Life Depression: Getting to Remission
The IRL-GREY study conducted an open-label trial across three sites (University of Pittsburgh; local PI: Dr. Charles Reynolds III, Washington University in St. Louis; local PI: Dr. Eric Lenze and CAMH; local PI: Dr. Benoit Mulsant) to prospectively assess antidepressant treatment response. The main goal of this study was to identify predictors of remission to antidepressant treatment in late-life depression in patients aged 60 years or older.
